Rothenburg

We stopped in Rothenburg on our way to Frankfurt. It is such a nice medieval city. It isn't very big, but is very charming. It has Christmas stores open all year round and even a Christmas museum.

We walked on the city walls that surround the city.

I felt like we were on a movie set. It is just so picturesque.

This is the rathaus (city hall) and the main square of the city.

Auburn loving every minute of our trip!

The biggest nutcracker I have ever seen. This is outside of the Christmas musuem.

We found a teddy bear store, and Auby loved looking at the bears.

Oh my gosh. I would be in heaven. Christmas stores open year round? Yes- sounds like my kind of place.

Auburn is still so beautiful! (Of course!!)

We found out last past week that we are expecting .... a baby boy! We are super excited! I had a feeling ever since we found out that I was pregnant that would be having a boy. Auburn came to the ultrasound with us and repeatedly said "baby" while we looked at the screen. We are excited for her to have a little brother. We just need to start thinking of baby boy names ....

Happy Half-Birthday Auburn!

Today I am 6 months old. Mommy says that I am growing up way too fast! I weigh 7.55 kilos and I am 65.5 centimeters long. I can roll over both ways now. I can sit up for a little bit without help, but I still fall over sometimes. I put everything in my mouth. I just want to see how it tastes. I am trying a lot of new food, but my favorite is still milk! I like to go for walks, play with my toys and rock out with Daddy. I like to smile and laugh. A very nice lady in our ward my this dress for me. It is a traditional Bavarian dress called a dirndl. Don't I look pretty? Well, I have to get back to playing. Cheers!
