Swimming

We took off to Fasaneriesee (a lake in Munich) on Saturday to take Auburn swimming for the first time. We finally had weather that was nice enough to swim outside. The lake was actually close enough to our house that Simon could ride his bike. Auburn loved the water. It was a little cold, but she didn't seem to mind at all. It was so fun to see her have this new experience.

Wow, What happened? How did Simon get Auburn to like the water? She's so cute and looks so happy. Hope you're enjoying your stay in the states, when are you coming home by the way?

Okay, it is settled. You guys live the coolest lives of any one I know. And to top it off, little Auburn to share it with. I need to be better at keeping up.
BTW, baby girl to come at the end of December!!

Wow. Auburn is getting so big! Maybe she will learn how to swim underwater and you take a picture like the famous Nirvana album cover?

We found out last past week that we are expecting .... a baby boy! We are super excited! I had a feeling ever since we found out that I was pregnant that would be having a boy. Auburn came to the ultrasound with us and repeatedly said "baby" while we looked at the screen. We are excited for her to have a little brother. We just need to start thinking of baby boy names ....

Happy Half-Birthday Auburn!

Today I am 6 months old. Mommy says that I am growing up way too fast! I weigh 7.55 kilos and I am 65.5 centimeters long. I can roll over both ways now. I can sit up for a little bit without help, but I still fall over sometimes. I put everything in my mouth. I just want to see how it tastes. I am trying a lot of new food, but my favorite is still milk! I like to go for walks, play with my toys and rock out with Daddy. I like to smile and laugh. A very nice lady in our ward my this dress for me. It is a traditional Bavarian dress called a dirndl. Don't I look pretty? Well, I have to get back to playing. Cheers!
